The Human Resource Management certificate course will examine areas such as Creating High Performance Appraisal Systems, Working with Payroll, Staff Benefits and Statutory Deduction and Managing Conflicts. 

At the end of the course, participants should be able to (but is not limited to):

• Establish best practices for a new or revised talent management system
• Establish performance management system suitable for their company
• Select a talent management system that will improve organizational effectiveness and success
• Demonstrate an understanding of the relevant laws governing income tax and statutory deductions
• Explain and manipulate the main features of each of the benefits towards creating workable and innovative compensation packages
• Recognize potential conflicts and apply conflict resolution strategies to defuse them

On the successful completion of the Executive Certificate course, participants will be awarded a certificate in the form of a digital credential identifier.
